Hi all.
For the last year or so, I've really struggled with emotional eating. I understand what's healthy and I enjoy healthy food, and I regularly go to the gym and do other sports. However, nearly every other day, my emotions seem to just take over me and I become out of control of how to minimise them, so I end up eating.
It's a vicious cycle but I'd appreciate any advice on how to stop this please??
