8 st 2 - just on cusp of underweight BMI

Have lost about 1/2 stone due to stress of divorce.

Now making myself sick after meals for fear of gaining. I think it's a control thing and I hope will go when life settles down.

Should I just give myself a break and let it be or should I be more worried and do something?

Do something now. Self induced vomiting can become a habit which gets harder to break the longer you continue. I speak from experience. It's also hugely dangerous as it depletes electrolytes which cause cardiac arythmias, seriously it nearly cost me my life not to mention the best part of £8000 trying to rectify the damage I'd caused to my teeth.
See your GP for help but also try to eat small meals and snacks so not to be uncomfortably full and do what ever it takes to distract yourself after eating. For me I had to leave the house.
