Hi, just inquiring. If a doctor diagnoses someone with an eating disorder, will that prohibit the person later in life, with careers etc? Also if a future employer wants a candidate to have a medical and the doctors notes for the candidate, will the notes be from 18 years and over, or will they have all information from birth?
Thanks in advance

No employer will have total access to all your medical records, with an exception being possibly the Armed Services.
Employers medical's are all different, but are aimed to find out if it is in the companies interest to employ you. No company is going to employ someone who has a history of taking time off work for every little cough and cold.

Honestly, I have always lied on the forms. I worked in a medical career, nobody ever found out. Maybe not the best idea, but I didn't feel the need to disclose this to my employer.
