Hi,
So I had some fertility blood tests about 6 months ago at my GP surgery and I was told my FSH level was slightly on the high side, but not necessarily worrying.
I then had some further fertility tests at a clinic. My AMH levels came back at 20.47, which I was told was good. Also had a transvaginal ultrasound and this showed that I had 10 follicles on my right ovary and 7 on my left.
I was told at that appointment that these results were allvery promising and indicated that actually at 35, I was still ok to try IUI first (same sex couple)
Tbh, at this point I pretty much discounted the FSH test results and have just been searching for donors, getting myself pregnancy ready 🤞 etc.
Anyway, I called my GP this morning to get the actual number of my FSH and apparently it was 2.9-8.4, which is more than just a little on the high side isn't it?
Could anyone explain what these results really mean?
