Hey anyone else on their 2ww? My partner had IUI (donor sperm) unmedicated expect one injection one week later. Due to go to the clinic for bloods on Friday,period also due Friday. Anyone similar situation? Did you test before you went? DP has sore boobs and does feel very tired but other than that no real pregnancy symptoms (that we know of!) trying not to get our hopes up !

I am but from FET.

I had first fresh cycle last year and one of the worst parts was getting the blood test results at work. It was positive but went on to have a MMC. I did not test before but wondering if I might this time.
