my husband is one and we are thinking of moving (back) to the UK. Has anyone else here done it, and have any advice? massively under-resourced health system here, and very different disease burden - I'm a bit worried on his behalf about easy it will be to adjust? could he maybe work in the NHS in a different job to get an idea of conditions etc before taking the PLAB test? or is there a placement type possibility? (clueless here!)
