What would the process be if I divorce and I want to ensure 11 year old DD is safe when seeing her heavy drinking father (he has fallen asleep drunk with external doors open and left oven on).
Would a court allow unsupervised visits and overnight stays and how would I apply to have his drinking taken into account?
What evidence would I need to provide?
