Hi, Anyone got any advice on where I go to discuss this.

I’ve looked at the calculator, seems it’s on the high side. I’ll be main caregiver and child will stay overnight with me as no suitable alternative with the father.

When we sell there will be a time I live at my parents does maintenance start then? Or when I have purchased a property again.

Maintenance starts when you decide you are single. You can be living in the same house but you won't be one household.

Make sure you go through the CMS as it avoids arguments further down the line.

Are you living like one household in one house or two households in one house? If it is the latter and it is clear it is you can claim maintenance.
