Divorce/separation

Am I controlling

I’ve told my husband I want a divorce, he puts his friends before me. During this lockdown he went to visit one and didn’t come home till 5.20am the following morning, fell asleep apparently He begged me today to give him a second chance, so I agreed to talk but he said he couldn’t tonight cause he’d promised his friend he’d go round. Is it me or are his priorities all wrong ☹️ His friends all smoke weed, don’t work are single and put women down all the time. The majority of his arguments are about his friends, he says I’m controlling cause I ask him to chose better friends

No. He has no respect for you. He's also breaking the law by going into someone else's house. He won't change. Just get rid of him.

So what of that is controlling? It sounds like life would be better without him.

You just want a partner who doesnt go to visit weed smoking friends and doesnt disappear till small hours.
It’s not controlling.
He has some strange loyalties to his friends, i’d be worried he’s involved with weed.
You mention no kids- get out and dont get pregnant

One incidence of going to visit a friend and not coming home until 5.20am and you want a divorce? Presumably there is a much bigger back story to this.
