Divorce/separation

So lonely

Separated from DH in October last year, he moved out. I had support from a domestic abuse charity after being referred by my GP, at the same time as being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and anxiety/depression. DH never physical but I did phone the police toward the end as his aggression was escalating.
We have 3 DC together between 9 and 13 years old.
In February half term we holidayed together as previously arranged and booked. It was great, back to how it used to be, however within weeks of returning it turned sour again.
I need him to seek professional help for his anger and alcohol problems before I can move forward. Obviously that isn’t possible right now. He can’t wait that long and says it’s unfair on the children to drag it out any longer. So that’s it, it’s definitely over.
I feel so sad and so alone at the moment.
I don’t know why I’m posting really, just for some company I think?

He doesn't deserve you and if he was being aggressive, you and your DCs are better off away from him.

Stay strong, you don't need him, you just need to find your strength. Don't let him control you.

Thank you for replying.

I have felt much stronger previously, I think the added stress at the moment is making it harder.
