My Decree Nisi is due in court on Tuesday 31st March. Will this still happen? (thinking staff may have been deployed to supporting CV work).

Mine is due Tuesday as well. I checked with my barrister friend and she didn't know. Apparently only needs one judge so can be done remotely but they may or may not be any judges. Fingers crossed for us!

Mine is due 7th April, also on tenterhooks! Do you know if yours happened?

Mine was due to be read in Court yesterday and I received an email last night to say the Decree Nisi has been granted so it seems they're still going ahead as planned.

My financial order was sealed on 26/3 - I think it's all still working

Oh this is good news! Thank you for letting people like me know. I've struggled with divorce matters for some time and need it all to be done.

Really, thank you for taking the time to post updates.

i think they are using skype / Microsoft teams where necessary... i think the decree nisi is a tick box exercise and doesn't require actual court attendance unless its being contested

Fingers crossed for today - I usually seem to hear by post but I wonder if I rang them would they be able to see it on the system? My post isn’t coming at the moment (live really rurally!)
