Ex wants more money

So four years after he left me and 18 months after the divorce came through and the settlement was settled it seems my ex has pissed all of his money up the wall on living the good life and is now massively in debt, has another woman in tow and can't get any work.
He has moved to another part of the country where he has managed to get a permanent job which isn't going to help him much as he has debt everywhere.
He wants to take me back to court to get a bigger divorce settlement because he is now saying he regrets settling low.
I am partially disabled and when he left me totally out of the blue I couldn't afford to stay in the home, I had to sell up, move across country and lost £50,000 of my life savings with all of the expenses incurred. My whole life was turned upside down.
He always thinks he can return and sponge more money off me whenever he is skint and I'm just so distraught.
Him leaving turned my life upside down, I now have a mortgage again and don't know how many more years I can work because of my disability. I am absolutely fed up with this and don't need the stress.
The judge approved this settlement without question, there is nothing i have left and I'm really struggling to make ends meet.
Surely if people were allowed to do this the courts would be full of disgruntled divorcees after more money.
I am not rich. All I have left is what I had before I met him.

What does the finance order say?
Usually they are final and binding.

Sounds to me he is taking the piss.

Dont let him intimidate you. Stay strong.

I would read through my finance order and either visit the CA or get a free initial appointment at solicitors .

Yes it was final and binding. I'm pretty sure he can't do this.

Do you have a signed consent order?

If so it’s legally binding and final.

I have a signed clean break consent order which went before the judge and was approved.
My ex insisted on it because he was doing very well for himself at the time and did not want me to be able to fleece him at any point in the future, he paid for it as well.
How the worm bloody turns.
He can't take me to court, he has zero spare cash. What a complete twat.

If you have clean break signed consent order there is absolutely nothing he can do so just ignore him

Thank you. It's funny I'd forgotten about the consent order and then it all came back him saying he needed it to stop me sponging off him.
Really rich for someone who never paid a single bill or mortgage payment over 20 years, constantly pissed money away, had no savings and was always out of work.
What a joke.
