Can anyone advise? (Am in Scotland for context).
Totalling all marital assets, deducting liabilities (outstanding mortgage and H’s loans and credit cards). This figure is split equally for 50/50. From this split figure, we then deduct each other’s existing assets and this should be the net figure needs to be bought out?
The debts don’t come into it again as they already been deducted in the liabilities?
