Our Nisi has been pronounced but he wont leave the marital home. I have legal aid application in for financial remedy but im wondering since mediation broke down and i passed the c100 to my solicitor - when can we apply for the child maintenance, does he have to leave the house first - i have emailed the solicitor about this but she wont disuss with me till the application has gone through and i am stressing out about it.
