my husband mentions he needs a break from me as in a 1 year separation. we have been having numerous fights and over the years I have been putting him through so much of emotional stress and verbal abuse.
We have survived so many fights before but this is the first time he has mentioned that he wants to separate.
I want to save my marriage and I want to be a better person for him.
We just had our 2nd baby and he is four months old. My elder girl is 6 years old.
Please help me on what I should do to save my marriage.

Why don’t you seek councilling to figure out why you are putting him through stress and verbally abusing him?

I do agree that i have a problem and wanna work on it. But meanwhile i am scared we won't reconcile if we separate.

I wasn't going to reply to your post, as I am afraid I was find it hard to read, as I have been on the receiving end of such abuse for a long long time, but then I thought I could not leave it without offering some support

Abuse destroys lives it destroys people, you need to go to your GP, get some help immediately no one should ever abuse anyone.

Do you think you might have post natal depression your baby is only small? Keep talking here and I am sure we can offer support. Stay strong and take good care. you can change this and work together I am sure of that.

All the best
