I want a divorce but husband doesn't - anyone had this scenario?

I've been separated but living together with H for the last year. We have 2 DCs under 10. I want a divorce but he doesn't. He's refusing to even consider selling the house and has said he will fight me for custody of the kids.

I don't have the funds for an expensive legal battle - what do I do?? Has anyone had a similar scenario that has worked out, i.e. the husband realising that divorce is in everyone's best interests?
