Hi my ex agreed to pay half costs on the divorce, it was stamped by the court. Since then he’s resigned from his job to avoid paying child maintenance amongst other debts so my question is what happens if he doesn’t pay? My solicitor is writing to ask for payment but I’m not holding out much hope.
