Ex wife and access

So two months ago my wife left our home for a woman at work. Within two weeks she had a flat and our house was on the market. Two weeks after that i found a house and also moved out and went to a solicitor.

House now sold and money split. I had an agreement drawn up which she signed but due to an error by the solicitor it needs done again but this time she refuses to sign it.

We agreed 50/50 care of the children as we both work shifts but it soon became obvious it was more 65 me to her 35. She spends most of her time with her new gf who lives about an hour away and rarely sees the kids. Maybe about 25 hours a week total.

I've said to her she needs to consider a new job because the 12 hour shifts are getting in the way of her access. She's reluctant to do that but says she will but that's my fault if she needs to move!

She now wants set days but with both of us working shifts thats impossible and coming off shifts means less money.

The frustrating thing is is that I was still flexible for her. Took days off work because she couldnt for childcare and as I said SHE lied and cheated for two years but I fully expect if this ends up in court it will go in her favour.

Now Im reluctant to take the kids on holiday in case I need my savings for solicitors fees!

This error is the fault of the solicitor who you now need to talk to and ask what they can do to go someway to helping to put this error right.
