Ex lives a few miles away.
I am resident parent. We have a CAO.
DS (8) has 60:40 (Mum/Dad) contact arrangement over a 2 weeks period, with the longest stretch being 3 nights at one place (an issue).
He wants to move 20 miles away, which will take him further from school (which is where I live), his local friends and clubs and any school events. It makes contact hand over hard (I won't have ex come to my home).
He had told me he was moving, but led me to believe it would be much nearer. I was happy with the move as his current (shared) house is not ideal.
If I felt I wanted to stop this move, as resident parent, could I?
