Hi there, I am just looking for some advice really, I have been married for 16 years and for the last 10 we have slept in our own rooms due to snorring. The last four we have had no real contact unless it kicked off and the last two nothing not even a cuddle or anything. I have talked to him about this many times and we discovered he has low testosterone. But he has done nothing about it and just seems to hope I will just plod along. It is breaking my heart and I think I need out now. Can any thing help us?

If he's not prepared to get his hormones and his snoring treated then nothings going to change. You have to ask yourself whether you can continue to live like this or not.
