How to find a good divorce laywer

The word of mouth will not work as I don't know any friend who has used one before. So how do I find a good divorce lawyer? When I say a good divorce lawyer, I mean someone who has been in business for reasonably long time and is experienced in dealing divorce-related issues.

Will any divorce lawyer be able to advise on money issues, for example, what will happen (or likely to happen) to the pre-marriage assets & savings and post-marriage assets & savings? Or do I need to find a divorce lawyer with special knowledge to deal with finance issues?

I found mine through my hairdresser. Her mum got divorced.
