Twat of an ex - injunction??

My ex (still husband) has tonight messaged me to say he's getting an injunction against my parents so they cannot see our kids (basically, he's found out I have a new partner and knows it's my parents who will babysit if I and said new partner go out, which is literally not often) Sad

My ex is an alcoholic and has been sending me abusive messages for months now (there was a non-mol on him a while ago)...

My question is, can he get an injunction just by telling lies or would he need some sort of proof in order to have one granted by a court?

Gosh. My instinct is no. I am not a legal professional though. I guess he would have to make a complaint.
What an utter twat.

My understanding is no he can't, you decide childcare whilst you have responsibility barring police or social work concerns regarding your parents. Just as you would have no say if your in laws babysat during his access time.

As babybarrister said.

He can have a go, but I can't imagine he'll get far.
