Help filling the D036

Hey guys I'm filling out the D036 form to apply to decree absolute and the first bit says "Petitioner applies for the decree nisi/conditional order made in their favour (DD/MM/YYYY) to be made absolute/final. It's a stupid question but what date am I supposed to put in there? Is it the date where the judge announces the decree nisi in court? I know it's so simple and I think that's why my mind has gone blank! Sorry in advance for the ridiculous question
