Statement of information form - help!

Are there are guidelines on how to complete it? I can't see anything on the government website.

Need clarification on what is to be included in the capital section

Any asset you have now. Bank accounts, ISAs, investments, value of possessions over £500, shares, interest in business assets. Anything in joint names now assume a 50 per cent share for the purpose of the form.
Have a look at the Form E assets sections and what you want is a total of everything that's not property or pensions which are listed separately in the D81
