Can she disappear with dsx2?

Hi,

Things are far from good in my marriage as I've discussed previously on here.

If we split, the custody arrangement atm looks like me having them Sunday evening until Wednesday evening (3 nights). I work in retail and will try and drop my Wednesday to be able to have them 4 nights if I can.

I want to apply for primary custody as don't trust her not to disappear to the south coast if we split (5+ hours away) but was wondering if there is anything I can do to stop this if I don't get primary custody?

Has she family there? I moved 4 hrs away but back to my home town and exh only has the dc everyother weekend. He did consult a solicitor about seeing if he could stop my move and he was told because of only having the dc everyother weekend and the fact i was moving back for family support ( nothing locally )then there was nothing he could do to stop me. In general the starting point for custody is always 50/50 and then you negotiate from there, this would be impossible to do from such a distance, you need to speak to a solicitor and start the ball rolling if you think she will up and go.

Not where we are from originally but have talked for years about moving there and I know her parents will move too as only stayed here because of us.

My custody would be 3 (4 if I can get it) nights every single week. Not doing the every other weekend rubbish, that would kill me as hate missing even a day with them!
