So have been told there's a back log we've been in the process since Jan and looks like now stretching to past June!! My brother is paying my STBXH off - awaiting decree n'isi till consent goes in. He's owed about £40k Can I find a way to legally protect myself as if I give him £10k he'll go NOW!! Advice greatly appreciated......
