How to deal with kids being spoiled at dads!

How does anyone cope with keeping their kids healthy when they are constantly spoiled at dad's house!! I spend most of my time looking after my 3 kids. I try and keep them eating healthy and going to bed at a decent time. I do all their homework with them and get them to millions of clubs! Then they are so excited to go to their dads as they get to watch things I won't let them watch, eat and drink rubbish and stay up late. I am so fed up of feeling under appreciated but refuse to fight fire with fire and do the same. I feel like the kids just always want to be with him (unsurprisingly when they get so spoiled) I just don't know how to deal with it!!!

You could talk to him?

Ultimately though he has the right to parent as he pleases when you are not there.

We have talked. We actually get on pretty well. He knows how I feel and mainly agrees with me but then I feel like he just feels so guilty for the separation than he compensates with treats. He is entitled to parent how he wants but my kids come back exhausted and grumpy for a couple of days. I don't really feel like that's parenting at all !
