My partners ex is dragging her feet because of house valuations (abroad) and items going missing (vinyl collections) been going on 2 yrs now, 1st court date has now been set. I'm just worried she won't turn up as she'd have to fly in. What happens if she doesn't turn up to the first court date?
All the paperwork is in order apart from her bank accounts being hidden or not disclosed.
