Be with someone who brings out the best in you not the stress in you.

I think it's always worth trying something like a Relate. I'd really suggest Relate as they not religion biased and they're highly selective as to who they take on and train. Most of the courses are up in Rugby, and Relate has to cover costs.
You'll get charged, relating to income and expenditure.
Whether you decide to stay or leave, it at least gives OH a chance to rethink and reevaluate their marriage and gives them a chance to change their ways. we all get stuck in a rut sometimes... OH may not even realise! I'm sure mine wouldn't. Relate will be less traumatic either way and help you work out where to go from where you are; to divorce or separate. Also they'll help with any difference about children and other things if you decide to split.
I know from experience that some partners can fall into a total blind rut and not see or hear what's in front of them. Maybe they're not taking you seriously.
I have to say that being married myself is bloody hard work. But I'm sure I have very different reasons for feeling that way than you. I have permanent, going to get worse, personal health issues... 😢
