Seeking guidance !

My divorce hearing is next week. The issue is in court since last 9 months and its going on since 2.5 years. My children are 5&8.

The father has started over pampering (spoiling) them since last 4 months. Buying useless toys, cycles, skateboards, n so many other useless stuff, once or twice every week. Feeding them out a lot of fast food. Not doing any serious stuff with them that needs discipline. I am doing all that part.

As a part time working mother. I do my work, all the "work" for my boys. Household work (as my ex doesn't do any single thing).

Somehow, suddenly i have started feeling the difference that my boys want to spend more time with him and not me.

Divorce I don't know if he will agree or not.

Why are you in court? Did you not agree residency between to yourself or thorough mediation?
