Non compliance with a court order

After advice really.....STBX has not complied with the order following the FDA. There were several things he needed to do/provide and dates and times are clear in the order (one of which being a new income and expenditure disclosure as the first was a complete nonsense). He has a solicitor, I don't. What do I do?? If it makes any difference I'm the respondent, which makes the lack of attention to timescales even more ironic on his part!!

Your FDA order should have a para saying both parties need to notify Curt of any non compliances,. Write to the court, copy to his solr, sying what he hasn't complied with, and what letters you have sent chasing, with what response.

That should put a rocket up his solicitor, andvin turn, him.
