I just read my diary from three years ago

So I kept a diary when things were hard with my ex H. I'm astounded. I'm in a much better place. I'd forgotten a lot of things. I'm sad for how I felt and what I accepted but now I feel ridiculous I stayed! I had a New baby. New marriage. New house.

I'm so much happier. Just a post really to say it can be done.

I'm keeping a diary as still in early stages, but know I can lean in it if I ever feel any regret.
