Understand why wives do the revengeful cutting up of STBXH's clothes, laxatives in food, salt on his beloved garden. Don't know how to maintain the civilised front. He's fucking Teflon and so believes he has the moral high ground. Instead he is just so bland I know exactly why I'm outta here.

The countdown is a matter of days, waiting for exchange on house so know how blessed I am.

What are your top tips for keeping your baser instincts in tact that doesn't require tendency toward OCD or a massive 'after the party' hangover?

I found (always) even if he'd really upset me, was to be cheerful and upbeat. It really annoyed him and it still does!
I am also very good friends with his partner and that grates on him too.
Onwards and upwards....Good luck!
