What exactly are you trying to do? Is it just a non-molestation order that you're after? Have you spoken to a solicitor that offers legal aid?

A non-mol is legally aidable, who have you contacted to help you? Have you been advised as to whether you meet the criteria? If you are granted a non-mol then that will trigger legal aid for the rest of the proceedings such as divorce and child arrangements - please don't pay for these until you have received legal advice. Send me a PM.

I don't meet legal aid until September when I go full time. :(

I need a non molestation. I need something to state the child lives with me, as at this moment in time my son can be plucked out of school and there's nothing I can do about it due to parental rights! Those poxy parental rights!

My son is now under the child abuse team due to comments he has made to me and I'm powerless and not protected at all! He's due to be picked up in 8 hours and he hasn't been arrested or anything the incident has been closed because the child isn't in immediate danger (because he was with me!)

I'm so stressed out - Sad

What do you mean by 'full time'?

Have you spoken to your local refuge/Women's Aid and similar to see if they can help you with the form?

Is there an existing order for contact arrangements?

I meant part time sorry!

Looks like I can now get some help with a re assessment and pay a reduced fee for solicitor fingers crossed. No contact orders in place :(
