How long for decree nisi?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could tell me how long it took for them to get their decree nisi confirmation through?
I sent off the papers requesting decree nisi about 5 weeks ago now and haven't heard a thing back. It's a nice simple divorce, waited two years, both parties agree and up until this point it was motoring along but I'm assuming that once we get the confirmation through it will have a court date in the future which we'll have to wait for before the 6 week clock starts ticking and I really wasn't expecting it to take this long when all other papers we've sent have been processed within about two weeks. Sad

Can anyone share how long it took for their decree to come through or how long it normally takes?

Dp sent his off start of January and had court date through end of Feb for 17th March. Mine was longer but not complicated either. Depends on if back log in courts you are using I think

My application was lodged with court at the beginning of July 2015 after a couple of months of fancying about by my solicitor and a backlog at the regional centre.

Although it was uncontested, ex took forever to reply/fill in his bit and they finally were able to set a date in November for it to be heard in January. It was agreed then and my decree absolute came through this week Smile

Actually, mine came back for an amendment in Feb so the correct form has "only" been with them since end Feb.
