Starting mediation- bank statements

Hi can anyone advise? I have been asked by solicitor and mediators for 12 months bank statements. I do all my banking online. Can I just print it off or do I need to contact banks and request traditional statements? Most of accounts are online only, so they may not be able to provide? And do they charge for this? Nationwide, Santander and Natwest.
Thanks

I printed all mine off and wasn't an issue. I also needed statements from a closed account which i couldn't access - these were sent in the post with no charge. Although I use First Direct who are great - I think they are entitled to charge for paper copies.
