ExH has been paying maintenance through CSA but has just quit job, he has a lot of money in savings, will the CSA expect him to pay using savings? If not what do I do regarding maintenance for our 3 children? Any help or advice gratefully received

How much is a lot? Is the interest on those savings giving him an annual income?

If he has more than £65000 in assets (not incl his home) you can apply for a variation. The CSA will assume that his capital gives him a certain rate of return.
