I've posted this in relationships but I just wondered if anyone on here had any experience of FGT. I've decided to go into it with an open mind and wondered if anyone had found it useful or a waste of time. What happens if I find it too unbearable? There is a history of DA and I'm very nervous about it. From what I've seen my ex hasn't changed but like I say i will keep an open mind. Also does the therapist normally get in touch with the client or would I be expected to contact them. Haven't been given a great deal of info!
