I've not had one and don't intend to either.

Being extremely sensible and looking to the future we decided that if we split up at any point and meet other partners, she is extremely happy with her two babies and doesn't want any more, but i could meet a woman who may want kids.

We also decided that if she had another cesarean (which she did by emergency again) that we would ask to have it done then as it would be easier whilst they were fiddling about anyway (if you get my drift).

Phew.
