Problem is I think Lovefilm have a monopoly - they run the other ones such as Tesco Film.

I was with Amazon and don't like LoveFilm as much either. I don't like the fact I can't put my rental list in number order.

Lovefilm are eeeevil.

The discs never play properly, and when I cancelled they claimed they'd never received the final DVDs and charged me loads of cash.

I've just been thinking about this--might cancel it.

Their web site is painful, too.

The first film I got from them wouldn't play. The 2 since have been ok.

Have just looked on Empire forum and people seem to like Blockbuster online rental.

Yes, I have to read the reviews at Amazon first still, then swap over to Lovefilm to rent.

Let me know if with Tesco film you can put your films in a proper number preference order rather than just lumped "high", "med" and "low". Thanks.
