Dbs while under police investigation.

Hi, little confused, currently looking at new jobs and will need a dbs have had about 6 before and not a problem but I'm currently under police investigation so what I'm asking is will this show up on a dbs? Never been in trouble before so this is all new.

Is it a standard or enhanced DBS?

It wouldn't show on a standard one. For enhanced the police can give any info they feel is relevant to the job, e.g. if someone was applying to be a teacher and under investigation for possession of images of child sex abuse, then the enhanced DBS should catch that.
