Any recipe ideas to use up what I have would be good!

But bear in mind this needs to be for 6 main meals. Family of 5 but I have enough EBM, BM from tap and baby food for DD

So me, DH and DCs age 5 and 10.

Fridge:
Tomatoes
Big tub Philidelphia
onions
lettuce
lots and lots potatoes

Freezer:
Lamb mince
Beef mince
Diced turkey
Peas
Bag casserole mix

Cupboard:
tin chick peas
tin potatoes
tin carrots
tin hotdogs
tin chicken noodle soup
can corned beef
tin tomatoes
pasta
rice
lasagne sheets
sausage casserole mix
gravy
bolognaise sauce
6 part baked baguettes

Just for main meal times, have stuff for school/work lunches.

Do you think I'll do it?! Any recipe ideas would be great as I tend to shop weekly for planned out meals but we couldn't go this week. So I tend not to be good at 'throwing' meals together!

Thank you

well you've got shepherds pie/cottage pie and spag/pasta bolognaise sorted without much thinking. Make a turkey casserole with the frozen stuff. Will think more on this.

There are two versions - one is kind of fried up potatoes, onions and corned beef, a bit like a frittata without the eggs, and the one we have is basically corned beef stew, with potatoes, onions, carrots etc, then you put the corned beef in at the end and it makes the gravy lovely and thick. Mmmmmmmmmmm (Homer-esque drooling... )

Make lasagna using the tinned toms, onion and philly: Irish stew with the lamb mince, potatoes and casserole mix; make hash with tin corn beef, tinned carrots and potatoes and a fried onion; mash with hotdogs, peas and gravy; meatball subs with the beef mince, bolognaise sauce, lettuce and baguettes; cook the rice in stock with the turkey, fresh toms, onion and peas; more rice with onion, chick peas, couple of tomatoes, spiced with curry powder/paste if you have it.

corned beef hash with tinned stuff:

fry the onion until soft. Don't drain the potato and carrot liquid away. Cut the potatoes up into bitesized chunks, add to the pan of onions with their liquid, Add carrots, but keep the liquid from them until later. Simmer for about 10 minutes or so until they are hot. Cut the corned beef into bite sized pieces. When the potatoes and carrots are all hot, and the pots are fairly soft, stir in the corned beef. Heat this through, stirring regularly until the corned beef kind of melts in. If you need more liquid, add some of the carrot water and heat until bubbly. Serve in bowls with crusty bread.
