Has anyone been trying the 10 fruit and veg a day after it was in the news? Am starting to notice how difficult it is when out and about to get fruit and veg, especially for kids. Would be good to know if others are finding the same challenges.
You're doing well. The Department of Health says a portion is 80g so perhaps you're doing better than you think! I think it could be alot easier than it is if we got rid of some of confectionary and junk food on offer and replaced some of it with fruit and veg!
