Currently with npower, as the prices are going up they are giving us until the 31st Jan to change supplier.

Any recommendations - I want better customer service than I've had to be honest! (And not to pay a fortune...)

They are all bastards. Sign up to topcashback then do a search via uswitch or moneysavingexpert to find your cheapest supplier.

See how much cashback you can get off if you sign via topcashback then switch.

Ovo have fantastic customer service, they are cheap, pretty green and if you're in credit with them they pay you 3% interest on the balance. I've been with them twice and would gladly go with them again. The only reason I left them was M&S were £2 a month cheaper AND offered £100 cashback which was very useful in the run up to Christmas.

Ebico are good for no standing charges if you are a low user.

mostly just a matter of price. Run a comparison and see what works.
