Does anyone know if the cheapest kindle (usually £69) is ever reduced or does anyone have a code for money off?

Money is very tight this year and dd would like a kindle for Christmas. Gp are putting money towards, but am hoping it will be reduced at some point.

if you register as a new customer on tesco direct then you can google for a new customer discount code that gives £10 off your first order over £50.

Our basic kindle screen cracked, are the others better?

I have the kindle keyboard and a paperwhite and both have lasted ok without cracking. They are both kept in kindle covers to help protect them.

Anyone who wants the kindle e-reader which is usually £69, Waterstones have then on offer for £49 until stocks last!

Sains & tescos have them for £49, not checked john Lewis yet.

The iPads too heavy to use as an e-reader.
