Hi everyone! Sorry if this shouldn't be here, I can't see where else to post it?!
I have written a short book on how to help children with reading, which explains phonics and how the brain learns to read. It's aimed at parents who desperately want to help their children with reading at home but who sometimes feel overwhelmed by the challenge. I'm a mum and not a teacher or literacy expert, so the book is written in a way that I hope other parents can easily understand. However, it has been reviewed by a literacy expert to ensure the information is accurate.
I would love to offer the book to parents to read and provide feedback before I make it available on Amazon. Also any primary teachers who may be able to offer further insight. If you're interested please pm me.
Many thanks
Belinda
