Self referral to NMH for continence

Has anyone self referred to Holles street continence dept? I remember being told you could self refer within one year of baby being born but can find nothing about it and the website only says GP referral. Did I imagine it, did covid take it away?
Annoyingly one of the team gave me her personal details and they got lost sad

You can still self refer ul ti one year post natal. See the referral part of the page and it’s the second item.

@XXSex thanks for the link I actually didn't think to look on the physio page I have their details from my SPD appointment i appreciate the help.
