Best place to be fitted for a bra in Cork?

Drastic action required! I've been wearing M&S 34B for years & 3 children later I reckon my size & shape have definitely changed. I don't want to spend a huge amount but I'd like to be fitted properly. Any ideas ladies?

Could you measure yourself to get an idea?

@dementedpixie I would if I knew how. I have no idea how the cup size measurements are taken

If you google Better Bra Campaign, it takes you through how to measure. I did this during the year and then bought some bras based on the measurements (slight difference in the size of the bras I bought and the measurements I had taken, to get the fit just right). Honestly, it revolutionised my shape. I instantly looked heaps slimmer and my clothes now sit much better.

I've no actual info on bra shops in Cork though.

Bravissimo! If there is one in Cork.
Good idea to use an online calculator to get an idea of your size beforehand.
Out of interest, what size tops were you wearing with the 34B bras? I'd bet money on M&S having put you in the wrong size.

AnotherEmma I used to be a 10/12 but now more of a 12/14. I'm very much a pear shape.

In that case you were probably a 30/32 band before, and a 32/34 band now. See what the tape measure says (or a Bravissimo fitter) but the general rule is dress size + 20.

I wear size 14 tops and my Boob or Bust measurement is 32 but depending on the bra a 34 is sometimes a better fit.

I haven't been in Brown Thomas in years but they used to be quite good.
I have been measured twice in Debenhams in Cork and was happy with their sizing and they were extremely helpful but I didn't enjoy up buying a bra either time because they didn't have anything I was happy with.
Marks and Spencers fitting in Cork is not good. Tried to put me in a 40 back when I know a 36 is right.

That should be 'end up'. Don't know where the enjoy came from!

Brown Thomas for sure! I live in London but I have family in Cork, and like to drop into BT when I'm over. I love their little lingerie bit and they measure you well. Prices are generally steeper than M&S (although there will be a range of prices) but lots of good stuff there.

Definitely Brown Thomas - good selection in Cork and not just the really pricey brands
