Bloody hell....all of the visitor rules.... wtf?! You have to run by her who is visiting? Why would you have to give your visitors full name and have them meet your landlord first? So you can't have a friend pop by on the off chance? All of them rules are a pile of shit you wouldn't live there if that was handed to you would you.
More the fool the people paying her to live there by the sounds of it. And the cheek of her to tell people to keep on top of cleaning when she has people falling ill because of mould? Tosspot
