So my work colleagues sister in law mentioned hypnobirthing- she apparently really recommends it. I'm 5 and a half month pregnant and it's my first, when is a good time to start attending these type of classes' and ante natal etc and with regards to hypnobirthing what is it all about?
Has anyone had any experience of it good or bed? are there any recommendations? Thanks for any help you can give :D
